PC only. Sephiria runs on Windows and macOS through Steam, and it is Steam Deck Verified. There is no Switch, Xbox, PlayStation or mobile version, and TEAM HORAY has not announced one. Linux is not supported.

What Sephiria actually runs on

Platform Status
Windows Supported — Windows 10 64-bit or newer
macOS Supported — macOS 11 Big Sur or newer, Apple Silicon (M1)
Steam Deck Verified — Valve’s top compatibility rating
Linux Not supported
Nintendo Switch No version released, none announced
Xbox No version released, none announced
PlayStation No version released, none announced
iOS / Android No version released, none announced

The Mac requirement is worth reading twice: the listed minimum processor is Apple Silicon. An Intel Mac is not covered by the stated requirements.

Steam Deck is the one that surprises people, since there is no Linux build — the Deck runs the Windows version through Proton, as it does for most of its library. What matters is the rating Valve gave the result: Verified, not merely Playable, which is Valve’s way of saying the controls work out of the box, the text is legible at Deck resolution, and nothing needs a manual launcher step.

What it needs to run

Modest, and worth knowing before you assume an old laptop is out:

Minimum Recommended
OS Windows 10 64-bit Windows 10 64-bit
Processor Ryzen 5 1400 or better Ryzen 5 1700X or better
Memory 8 GB 8 GB
Graphics GeForce GTS 750 or better GeForce GTX 760 or better
DirectX 11 11
Storage 2 GB 2 GB

The macOS minimum is lighter still: 4 GB RAM and a 7-core GPU, on macOS 11 or newer.

There is also a free demo on the store page if you want to check any of this yourself before buying.

Why the console question keeps coming up

Searches for “Sephiria Switch”, “Sephiria Xbox” and “Sephiria iPhone” are common, and a lot of pages answer them with a guess dressed up as news. There is nothing to report: the Steam listing is the only place Sephiria is sold, and TEAM HORAY’s own site lists it as a Steam release.

If a port is announced, it will be announced by TEAM HORAY, and this page will change. Until then the honest answer is the short one above, and it is the answer this page will keep giving.

What you get on Steam

Confirmed on the store listing:

  • Single-player and online co-op for up to 4 players
  • 27 Steam achievements, plus Steam Cloud and Family Sharing
  • Full controller support, including DualShock and DualSense
  • 12 languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish (Spain), Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Swedish, Thai and Polish
