Sephiria left Early Access on 31 July 2026 and went from 1.0.19 to 1.0.29 in a fortnight. This page tracks what each of those versions changed, with a link out to the announcement it came from. It does not reproduce the patch notes — they are worth reading in full on Steam, and the link on every entry goes straight to them.

Why the version numbers do not line up
Three things about this feed trip people up, and none of them are bugs:
- Announcement titles lag the version number. The post titled “1.0.28 hotfix” contains 1.0.29. The post titled “1.0.26 Update” contains 1.0.27. If you search for a version number and find nothing, check the post above the one you expected.
- Some builds have no announcement at all. There is no post for 1.0.20 or 1.0.25. TEAM HORAY announces the builds worth announcing, not every increment, so a gap in the numbering is not a missing patch note.
- 1.0 itself is 1.0.19. The launch announcement carries notes headed 1.0.19, not 1.0.0, even though the last announced Early Access build was 0.12.4. Nothing between the two was ever published, so 1.0.19 is simply where the released game starts.
What the 1.0 release actually added
The launch build was not a version bump on the last Early Access patch. From TEAM HORAY’s own announcement:
| Added in 1.0 | Detail |
|---|---|
| Chapter 6 | New cutscenes and quests, 2 new bosses and 1 new mini boss, 3 new BGM tracks, 3 new achievements |
| The ending | The full ending cutscene and credits, which Early Access never had |
| Side Bag | Storage for spare items, unlocked through a Destiny Inscription. Items inside it are inactive |
| Fruit Skewer | A Destiny Inscription quest, unlockable after starting the game |
| Content | 19 Artifacts, 7 Tablets, 12 Potions, 3 Miracles, 1 Combo, 1 Costume |
| Weapon upgrades | 1 for the Great Sword, 4 each for the Dagger, Crossbow and Staff |
| Mystic Pot | Reworked: 1 Artifact now becomes a different Artifact of the same rarity, or 2 become one of a higher rarity |
One thing worth knowing before you update: mid-run save data from the Early Access version cannot be continued in 1.0. An in-progress run ends and you return to town.
At the same time TEAM HORAY published the shape of the finished game — 6 chapters, six weapon branches with over 200 upgrades, about 300 Artifacts, about 70 Tablets, over 30 Potions, over 20 costumes, 18 Hard Mode elements, 12 languages, and online co-op for up to 4 players.
How this page is kept
Worth stating plainly, because an update tracker that quietly goes stale is worse than none at all:
- Sources: TEAM HORAY’s Steam announcements, linked individually per version rather than to the feed they sit in. Nothing else.
- Scope: one line per announced version, plus the systems it touched. Builds TEAM HORAY never posted about — 1.0.20 and 1.0.25 — are not listed, because there is nothing to cite. Full notes stay on Steam.
- Checked: on every version change, and at least once a fortnight otherwise. The build refuses to publish this page if that check falls more than 30 days behind.
Every other Sephiria page here carries the version it was written against. When this tracker moves ahead of one of them, that page starts saying so on its own.
